Terms of service
Terms of service
The agreement between you and SpinEdge for use of the software and this site.
Last updated 6 August 2026
What you are licensed to do
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run SpinEdge on one machine at a time for the duration of your paid tier.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software; decompile or reverse engineer it; remove or defeat its licensing checks; or share your account credentials with anyone else.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live if that age is higher.
You are responsible for confirming that using automation software is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not offer the software where it would be unlawful, and we may block access from regions where we cannot verify that.
What the software does and does not do
SpinEdge automates the execution of a betting configuration you define. It runs on your machine, in your browser, against your own casino account.
It does not create an advantage over the house, guarantee any outcome, or reduce the mathematical edge of any game. See the risk disclosure — those statements are part of these terms.
We never receive or store casino credentials, never place bets from our own infrastructure, and have no access to your casino balance.
Your responsibility for how you use it
Automated play breaches the terms of service of most casinos. You accept full responsibility for that risk, including voided winnings, frozen balances, and closed accounts.
You are solely responsible for every bet placed under your configuration and for all losses incurred. We are not a party to your relationship with any casino.
Payment, renewal, and refunds
Licences are sold in fixed durations and paid in cryptocurrency. A licence activates when the payment confirms on-chain and expires at the end of its term unless renewed.
We refund within 14 days of purchase if the software cannot run on your system and we cannot resolve it. We do not refund losing sessions: the expected loss is published before purchase, and losing money is the documented behaviour of a negative-expectation game.
Crypto payments are irreversible. Approved refunds are returned to a wallet address you supply.
Marketplace listings
Strategies published by third parties are the responsibility of their publishers. Verification scores describe historical behaviour on recorded spins and are not a prediction, an endorsement, or a promise of profit.
Publishers agree not to promise returns. Listings that claim guaranteed profit are removed rather than edited, and repeat breaches end the publisher relationship.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account for sharing licences, attempting to defeat licensing controls, redistributing the software, abusive conduct toward staff or other users, or fraudulent payment activity.
If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your term.
Warranties and liability
The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every casino or table, or that any configuration will perform as it did in a backtest.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for gambling losses, for casino account actions, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect, and continuing to use the software after that date means you accept them.
This document is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. It is a plain-language draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction — have counsel review it before launch.
